Definitions

Who we are
Ermay Lending Corp., having started out as an informal micro-lending business in Ozamiz City, Philippines in 2008, offers salary loan, seaman allocation loan, business loan, and pensioner’s loan and has placed high importance on transparency in its 11 years of operations. Ermay Lending Corp. also runs with less operational risk, unlike other micro-lending businesses. Ermay Lending Corp.’s mission is to help empower Filipinos by giving them access to the capital they need.

Our website does not utilize comments and blog posts.

Our website does not allow visitors to upload any type of media file.
Contact forms
Our contact forms (present in both Contact Us, Franchising, Applications, and Inquiry pages) requires the following information: your name, mobile phone, email, company, and your message. Other information may be required depending on the form selected.
Form submissions are sent directly as an email to customer service representatives. Form submissions are also logged into the website database, so in any case of possible email delivery failures, a copy of the form is still present. For customer service purposes, we may keep a copy of the email and logs until the issue is fully resolved or closed.
We do not use submitted information for other purposes, such as marketing follow-ups unless specified.

reCAPTCHA is a trusted service from Google that helps protect websites and apps from spam and abuse by blocking automated software and other malicious submissions to any form. However, reCAPTCHA collects personal information from users to determine whether or not they’re human and not a bot.
Information may include the time it took you to fill in the form, all cookies placed by Google over the last 6 months, your mouse movement and clicks or touches if on a touchscreen device, your browser’s language, any plugins you installed on your browser, and all other JavaScript objects.

Who we share your data with
Our website does not share any personal data with another third-party.
How long we retain your data
Any user information we gathered as mentioned above is retained not longer than a year, or until it is deemed not needed.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
